A Fishman Loudbox Artist 120. Traded in my Marshall S50D for a significant upgrade. I saw Tom Bresh use one the these Fishmans last year at The Gathering,  don't know if it was the Artist or the mini, but it was an awesome little guy regardless. I have not used my Marshall for 9 years until about 2 months ago when I began prepping for the Americana gig coming up. The Marshall is a fine amp but the Fishman is (as was accurately described to me) like listening to a nice TV, then listening to that nice TV with a great sound bar. Also the wattage of the Artist vrs the Mini or Marshall provides options for future use in larger venues.Technology has made great advances in digital amp technology in 9 years since my Marshall purchase. Additional amp features of the Artist are just frosting on the cake. I'm stoked. Time to get my fingerstyling jump started.

I've got a Loudbox Artist as well. I used to use it in church, but I recently bought a Boss Katana 50 for that. I wanted something inexpensive I can just leave there, and stumbled across info on the Boss here on the forum from posts by Ice9 and Blue Dog. It's a hybrid, so I can play either electric or acoustic, or both, without having to carry amps back and forth. It's a great little amp and serves its purpose, but the Fishman sounds quite a bit better to my ear. I think you're going to like it.

Cool Greg.

I had a Mini that served more often as our first "PA". I don't play a lot of acoustic and typically don't plug in when I do, so the Loudbox was among the gear I sold to fund my Helix LT.

Everyone I've talked with about the Loudbox has been really happy with it.  Fishman hit a winner with these amps.

I have the LoudBox Mini and love it. I use it with acoustic and electric. Especially love the light weight to top perfomance. After the initial use with the electric, I felt it had a twangy sound, not as smooth as the acoustic sound. I mentioned this to the salesman at L & M and he told me it was a common issue which was resolved by using a Boss CS-3 Compression/sustain pedal. It worked like a charm and sounds great. An added bonus was using the pedal with the acoustics, giving the output a more balanced sound. I know the sound reception from the amp to my damaged ears is subjective but this seems to work for me.

I love my Loudbox Mini as well. I'm with Randy, the vocal channel sounds great, too.
