    Hello Danny @Texaspackerfan did you manage to do the drums and guitar mix. I think it would be good for @Jusca to have it for her bass track as your choice of amp simulation may influence her bass line.

    Greg @gotto you should be able to the the Guitargathering folder in your box account as you are still there as an editor.

    Jusca I have sent an invite to the box guitargathering folder using an old email address I have for you.

    ok @Nutty 1 I will do it this weekend. I run a camp ground and im still waiting on campers but tomorrow night I will have the time to mix a intermediate for her.

    I'm not familiar with what an intermediate mix is.  Is it the same as having both the rhythm guitar & drums mixed down into one track?  If so, that would be helpful if it's not too much to ask otherwise I was just going to align the separate drum and rhythm guitar tracks in my daw and record from there.

    Hi @Jusca

    if you like I can mix how you want to hear the mix. more drums less or more rhythm less but jus make sure I get the direct stem not a mix. if you need help just let me know. I will be out of pocket this weekend because of fathers day and all but I will be available Monday. I kinda want to spend time with my two boys.

    Hello All,

    In the absence of a rhythm track from @guitarben and the  fact that guitarben was not able to  set up this months Recording Challenge I am assuming that guitarben is indisposed and we should continue this Collaboration without him. guitarben, I hope you and your family are ok.

    As time is moving on I have done a simple rhythm track GG4 Rhythm Track

    @Texaspackerfan this is using the "Brit and Clean" guitar amp simulator in stereo. Do you want left and right rhythm tracks using this recording but with different amp simulations or can you do that in your software with the audio file above? If you want to use the Box.com folder for your mixes then please send me your email address in a private message and I will get Box to give you editor permission.

    @Nutty 1 i sent you a message.

    Simply beautiful Danny. Not only is your playing excellent, but so is the sound engineering. Is that a real pedal steel guitar in the background, or were you able to produce that sound in your DAW?

    Thank you so much @WATSON43 ill try and put my vocals on it soon.

    the steel was me doing harmonics with volume swells with the guitar.

    Mandy, Danny, and Ian, thanks for the encouraging words.

    By the way, Danny, as a lifelong Wisconsin resident I really get a kick out of your screen name.  Do you get a lot of grief as a Packer fan living in Texas?

    @WATSON43

    Thanks, Its really weird. I don't. You would be amazed of how many fans there are here in texas. Packer fans truly are ever where. Go Pack Go!!

    That sounds great, Danny and I wished I could sing like you!

    How did you play the lap steel guitar parts?

    Wim.

    Thank you, @Wim VD1 My neighbor had a 71 tele he let me use, beautiful guitar i might add but is was done by bending and plucking strings at he same time with volume swells. I've been working on this technique for awhile. it is slowly coming around.
