Old L&M site no longer accessible

Recommended Posts

Just noticed today that he old L&M site (community.learnandmaster.com) can no longer be accessed. Obviously I am happy that we moved to this Guitargathering forum, but it's still a pity to lose access to the old archive of posts.

Wim.

@Wim VD1 I agree, but thanks to some of our dedicated volunteers  a lot of valuable info was condensed and tranferred to this site. The owners of the site,  Legacy Learning Systems , just had no interest in it. For the last few years if it wasnt for our GG family the site would have folded long ago.

Anybody know how to get a digital copy (pdf) of the lesson book for Learn and Master Piano course? I was updating my archives and noticed I never downloaded that one. I know you used to be able to download the lesson books from the old site.

Yes, I've noticed this as well.  It's been down for over a month.  I could send an email regarding it but I doubt it would do any good.

The company that I once lived and loved and poured my life into so dearly Legacy Learning Systems has moved on. They are no longer in the music education business - on to other endeavors.

They'll keep discounting and selling the remaining Learn and Master courses until the last one sells.

It's profoundly sad but not surprising that they have let the old discussion board dissolve.

But, I'm so happy that we have the new discussion board here and the continued life and learning that we are all a part of.

Thankful for all of you.

Yes, that would be nice.  It's never going to happen - but it would be nice.

I've asked about it in the past.  It's always been a non-negotiable.
