Steve has often mentioned Coffee Break Grooves Backing Tracks.  They are great.  I have all their blues albums.

They have 5 free ones on YouTube:

Every month Guitar Techniques magazine has 4 free jam tracks.  They are produced by Jacob Quistgaard.  He has his backing tracks available on YT.  What's interesting about his is that most of them start at about a minute.  During that first minute someone is soloing and there is a link to the solo lesson and tabs.  Also, it takes a little looking, but most of his backing tracks come with chord charts:

Here is his website where he offers his jam tracks for sale.  But he has quite a few free ones there:

Boy this thread really took off! Glad you guys liked it. :)

In case you didnt know.... see the attach area lower left? You can upload the mp3 or .wav file there up so others can download it, rather than play live with YouTube.

SoundCloud works well too.  Enjoy.

I think this is a great one:  Rock Power Ballad  in F Minor.

Robert Renman, that made this, is a really good guy and, @NeilES335, a fellow Canadian.;)
