Joe is undoubtedly #1.

Mark Knoffler #3?  He is the most versatile guitarist on the list but IKD if I would call a majority of his music blues.  Don't get me wrong I live his music and you can always tell it is him, and that counts for a lot.

What about Walter Trout?
