Hello everyone.

I'm curious about how to clone a voice. I've heard that AI and software tools can replicate someone's voice by analyzing their speech patterns, but I’m not sure where to start. What are the best tools available for voice cloning?

 

How do they work, and what’s the level of accuracy? Also, what are the ethical implications of cloning a voice? Are there any risks involved with using this technology?

 

I’d love to hear any advice or experiences from people who have worked with voice cloning tools.

Since this is a guitar players forum and most of us are trying to make music in the “conventional “ way. 

I’ll suggest the following:
 

AI tools are designed to have anyone use them. 
a quick google will cover how to manipulate images and sounds with AI very quickly.

 

for the ethical questions 

I personally think that using prerecorded concerts for big name artists that are pitch corrected and auto-dined (Taylor, Celine, etc) so they can lip-sync and dance and not perform live is unethical.

I don't use AI to play the guitar nor sing with the voice of someone else, so with zero experience of AI I also cannot help you. Sorry.

As @Eracer_Team-DougH just stated this is a guitar forum and as @Fretless just stated, he doesn't use AI to play his guitar.   And despite the minimal activity on this forum of late, I can see the ethical considerations of this subject causing some heated and unneeded conversation. 

Accordingly, I am going to lock this thread.
