These are only tips , push the music farther in to the back ground. add some reverb to it . Bring your voice to the front. add some reverb to it. What key is your voice ? is the song in the same key. If so and you can not hear your voice . then record the song in the parallel key like if you sing in the key o C and the song is in the key of C . try it in the Key Of A. But still sing in the key of C . Slow it down Make what you sing in one measure last for two measures . That means you have to record the Guitar part again. The recording has loud parts and low part so try to keep it the same level. That all i Got . pretty good so far . have fun .

Hi randy , i love mine i dont have to search for the right key or go through ten keys till i get the right one. but it was 4.99 cut.But the webb site is more you buy the cheaper they are. you can get 9 for 34.00. ant bad .But i wish i had more Doors. be nice if the made guitar case keys . so if the strat case you could have a strat key and to lp case had a lp key and so forth.

Hi Uncle Hammy sounds like you need to shim up the neck on your guitar . its to low.

So your guitar neck is screaming for mercy. and maybe your fingers too. well you have all ready started the fix and that is recognizing the problem. so just slow down and keep in mind lite touch. and in time it will work out. Good luck.

Great Steve, It hard to answer your questions. there is so many answers. There is music theory. i would like to see it explain from beginning to end in one lesson. then put to the guitar. I like rock and metal . old and new . i like to see song with bends and slides with song to practices to easy to start with . Most stuff you do is over my head on live lessons but it dont bother me . I want to get there. I would like to see how to get the penatonic scale to soloing. With easy beginner solo.s over laying the penatonic scales. I would like to see more work books. That start out easy and get harder that works it way to a song. Playing the rytheme to the notes to the solo. like this one but better,

No favorites here . Have two Martins and two Blueridges Two Fenders. One Yamaha one Hondo. And they all have there jobs They all sounds different. and play different . Some are picking some are strumming and one is finger picking. all get equal time. all i can say is the Martins and Blueridges are Great Guitars, and i would not ever part with them.

Hi Guys, Just changed y Squire Strat back to SSS. From HSH in stalled Classic fat 50s. and all classic fender pickups the two center poles in the pickups stick up more then the others a lot. So the saddle needs to be right with the neck . Like if you have a 9.5 radius neck the saddle needs to be at 9.5 radius.. I did not have a radius gauge . So I toke it to the place I got the pickups. to have him set it up. Guitar center set it up years ago for the H S H setup. The fellow had to put a shim under the neck. so he could raise the saddle up. to get a 9.5 radius. The tip is if your saddle that has the 12 screws that adjust the string height stick up higher then the saddle itself then the neck needs to be raised. Reason when you lay your palm on the saddle playing. To mute the strings you should just slide your palm forward to the bridge pickup to mute. if the screws stick up it stops you from muting the strings. and you have to slide your palm to far forward. He fixed mine and now it almost flush with the saddle the two E strings are a little high but when you slide your palm up the saddle you can not feel them and it picks the saddle up so when you mute down the saddle you don't hit the volume knob as bad. It slides right over the top of it. So look at your screws and slide your palm up and see if they are to high. and it will help with the muting. .I would have never thought a bout the screws . But it works great now . But now I mute the strings by accident . It will not take long to work it out. But it's a lot easer to Mute . Hope this helps

Sounds like ground fault issue. From a loose ground wire in the amp to a loose ground wire on the copper ground pole in the yard. with the guitar pluged up does it quite when you touch the strings. . Does it quite when you move the amp to a nother room . are the cables good. there are a lot of things there to check. Good luck.

Hi Grog i know where you a coming from i see it every day. 57 channels and nothing on . Now it 800 channels a still nothing on. I dont even watch the news it has be come tabloid. i watch the new that shows what was said. so i can get it from the horses mouth. so i can make my own thoughts on the subject. Nice read , lot of good facts .about guitar hero's today there are nun. Joe Boss, Clapton, Angus Young, etc. all has become predictable. same old same old. Ticket prices so high the younger folks can not afford to attend. I read the other day the the reason the music to day mostly sucks is that the record labels will not produce a record that does not have a 1, 4, 5 6. music progression and that is stopping a lot on great artist from getting recorded. That dont want to use that chord progression. So that makes every song sound the same. The Day of the Doors And zeppelin. even the great full Dead are gone. They where not afraid to Change. Metallica even changes from album to album. . That leads to there success. Back to guitar center i Dont think if they where gone tomorrow nobody will miss them That much . I go there a lot but dont buy any thing . Look at the used stuff. If i want something i get it online. From them are some one else who ever has the best price. Most of the time i go across the street to Sam Ash. Nicer store same prices. Better Service. Music rooms to play in. Can not buy a Fiddle at Guitar center or a trumpet. or Bass. Sam Ash has them all. As far as rap and Hip Hop that ant Music. It just a Beat. With words put to it. A three year old can Do it. But what it ant is a 1, 4 , 5, 6. Progression and that says it all . Tool is a band that breaks that 1,4,5,6, Mold . they are great band that uses theory. in there songs . that break things up. give them a look in to and see the possibilities.
