    I have had trouble with opening the download of the Jazz PDDF. Steve has been very helpful to allow me access tor retrying to downloading it as an email attachment.The original download (when I first purchased months ago) was fine, now it will not open. Subsequent email attachment attempts with Steve’s help to open the downloads tell me the attachment has either not been decoded for opening or the file has been damaged. I have informed Steve of this. Greg
