Cheap Trick Guitar Player 12 string?

So I was just flipping through some music videos and concerts on AXSTV. Watched Cheap Trick, and saw the lead singer and guitar player had what looked like a 12 string tele type guitar. The tuners were on both sides of the headstock. I have never seen this type Tele before does anyone know what it was? Thanks in advance

I don't know what he was playing but I was just flipping through some music videos.  I was watching Greg Kihn doing "The Break up Song", one of my "hope I can play someday bucket list" songs.  He was was playing a 12 string.  His lead guitar player was playing a Strat but Greg Kihn was playing what I think was a Gretch 12 string.
