Nothing here that is going to make you a better player.  And no gear reviews.  Just a fun article in Premier Guitar called Rock Rigs by the Decade.  As the title would suggest the emblematic rock gear for the different decades starting in 1950.

Predictably, the 1950's were represented by Gibson 335; the 60's by the Strat and the 70's by the Les Paul.  I'll let you look at the other decades and the amps and pedals that went with.
