Don't you love it when new gear arrives?

Just watched this TedX presentation by Tommy Emmanuel where he talks about his life as a "One Man Band" Its from 2014, but if you have not seen it, well worth a look! Many consider Tommy to be the best guitar player in the world today and I tend to agree.

After spending a lot longer trying it out I continue to be very impressed with it. The tones are extraordinary for a solid state amp. It really does feel and sound like it has tubes in it. I'll see if I can get a small video done over the next few days. The amp does have limitations. On this 50w version you can only store 4 "patches" on board at one time and there's a limit to only 3 effects at any one time out of the 55 built in boss effects. This is fine for me as I tend to stick with just a few sounds but it might prove limiting for some. According to Andertons, it does however take pedals very well so that would be a way around this restriction. The built in effects, being BOSS are excellent of course. Also as Blue Dog mentioned, the acoustic amp is great so it would be a great choice for someone that wants an amp that does more or less everything. For the price I can't see how anything can beat this at the moment. I'll update more when I get more used to it.
