Hi All,

A number of years ago I started Learn And Master Guitar.  I know some pentatonic scales, chords, and parts of songs, but really want to do it right.  I know there are alot of options out there.  Just trying to find a good method for a guy in his 40s.   Thank you so much!

This is, IMHO, the best method there is for a solid foundation in playing guitar.  Whether you are in your 40's or 20's or 60's.  I'm in the last group!  There are courses out there that specialize in Blues or Jazz, etc.  But this is the best one for that solid foundation to move on from to what ever kind of music you want to play.  I think most on here will agree. Stay here until you get to about session 10.  From there Steve starts to specialize.  At that point you can decide to finish L&M or start supplementing.  A lot of us are doing that and Steve encourages to "Learn All You Can".

Ask questions here anytime you get stumped or frustrated.  A great brain trust here!  Good luck to you.
