  1. This is meant as a gift for everyone in this community. At least I’m hopeful it is perceived as such. I’ve been thinking about doing this shortly after the site was taken down and I’ve finally been working on it for the last few weeks. As of this moment, it’s still incomplete and it is, quite obviously, a far cry from the original. Many files were not “captured” and are missing, unfortunately. I tried to do my best with what I found. And this is the result. I deeply appreciate everything that @Steve Krenz has given us all, over the years. From the first Learn and Master course to the
  2. So Gibson moved their ES line from Memphis back to Nashville in order to streamline production and focus on quality. Well, I thought I would never get one until now. The new generation ES line seems promising. I mean it has to be since there are so many great alternatives, and I own a couple. But I thought I couldn’t go wrong with the real ES-335 this time. Wish Steve was still doing these. (Glad I printed most of his lessons before they took them down.) Here is the link: http://www.gibson.com/Lessons/Ar
  4. "NEW" guitar day! Very chuffed to show my "new" Gibson Memphis ES-137 Classic Heritage Cherry Sunburst! Hand carved Flame Maple top, back and sides, (even the neck) Trapezoid Mother of Pearl in lays with special "C" market at the 12th fret. Gibson 490 R and 498 T pickups..This guitar, a 2004 model is in amazing 9.5/10 condition, and plays superbly! Warm creamy jazz tones all the way to snarly singing blues... and everything in between. It is described by some as being the perfect blend of a Les Paul and and ES -335 ... It is a semi - hollow, BUT, the centre block is mahogany, (not
