 Been married 47 years, (good chance it will last 🙂) have one child, he is an awesome person, lives on the west coast and us on the east, we communicate daily and visit 3-4 times a year. I am retired now but spent my working career in manufacturing, of medical and precision commercial components,  fist as a machinist / toolmaker,  then manger and shop owner.

My guitar learning started late in life, my late forties, life was very busy with home & business, so I probably have one year experience 15-20 times.  My fist year I tried to play right handed but felt uncomfortable so went to my natural left handed. I tried a couple of teachers wich was helpful but committing to practice time was challenging. I have a lot of learning material, books ,courses, technique, blues & jazz styles, and song books.

Now time to start learning songs.
