I finally got to record me Peavey Classic 30. Here is a couple samples from my Sound Check.
The first is just a simple rock rhythm I came up with last night. Maybe someday it will be a song, but for now it is what it is...
The second track adds the Flashback Delay pedal. I am just improvising for the fun of it!!!

Great Tips!
I am doing the three notes on a string exercises in Session 17. Calling out the notes and playing the different scales around the neck is really helping. I am getting closer to knowing where are all the notes on the neck. I never would have imagined that.

Good for you. I have all the workouts. They are actually fun as they slowly push you to do more. They really help you learn those scales too.

When you have a little more skill I recommend either "Guitar Recorded Version" or "Authentic Tab Version" of your favorite artist. These advanced books have all the details in music notation, tab, tunings, effects, and multiple guitar parts.

Thank you for listening! The Peavey amp is everything I hoped it would be. All the hours practicing pentatonic, major scales, and 3 notes on a string are finally helping me learn all the notes on the neck. I can even make sense of the notes from time to time. Still having fun!
