Hello guys,

For sometime now I have been struggling to fix my practice schedule. Anyone got a routine practice schedule I could adopt for my daily and weekly practice? Ps. I'm somewhat intermediate guitar player.

Sey,

Steve did a video on his thoughts I've inserted here:

I'm personally guilty of "too many irons in the fire", but it helps me to bounce into my learning barrier in multiple spots versus digging a rut at one location.  :-)  Steve says it right in his video.

Good luck in finding a practice routine that leads you down a road to more success in your guitar playing.

I made this excel spreadsheet for working through L&MG.  I print a page off for each week and can quickly mark down the BPM I'm at in the box, or make notes like specific chord changes I'm trying to speed up in the note column. This helps me not waste time remembering what BPM I'm at, or isolate areas I should concentrate on next practice session.

Having limited time I wanted to make sure I could keep my learning moving forward and easily keep track of my progress in a way that wouldn't take a lot of time during my practice sessions.  Also this allows me to see areas that improved or didn't over the weeks and months.  I find it is good to remind myself there is still improvement even if it is only small when I have been stuck on a session for awhile.

I'm sure you could change the line descriptions to anything if you are interested in using the template as it follows the approach Steve discusses in the video even if you aren't following the L&MG course.
