About Me
I started with the Gibson's Learn & Master Guitar Course in December 2014. I progressed Very Well up to Session 5. While I worked Daily Life came and got in the way, Actually My Health got in the Way. I began having Pain and Difficulty in my Left Shoulder Rotator and for the most part lost near total use of my left arm.... after about 6 months then My Right Shoulder Rotator began Hurting and was having difficulty using my Right Arm. That pretty much ended my Guitar Playing. It has been a long healing process without the use of Medical Doctors but I believe I am finally at a place where I can begin Learning to Play my Guitars again, I certainly Hope So. I will need to basically Start-Over from the beginning although I still remember alot of the first few chapters but will muddle thru them to be sure I am able to progress thru those Sessions Successfully. One thing I did not do was Master the Advanced Lessons, I need to go Download that Manual and this time make sure I Master those lessons also. I believe I am in it this Time for the Duration, I would still like to Learn to Play Guitar and have every intention of doing so. So I Welcome All of the New Comers and Encourage you to Study with the Learn & Master Guitar Course, before I began this Course I Never Played a Guitar in my Life and Thanks to this Course, I learned to Play Songs I never Dreamed Possible....Period. Here is what I Know....If you Study and Practice with your Heart, You Will be able to Learn to Play your Guitar, while it is not easy, It is Absolutely Attainable, You just have to have the Burning Desire to do so. You will Get Out What YOU Put into it. Daily Practice is the Best if at all possible.
Today I work as an Independent Insurance Agent and while it can be time consuming, I have Committed myself to Daily Practice as Best I can, realizing that the more I practice, the Sooner I will Master my Guitar Skills. My Goal now is to Complete the Course by the End of 2020. I want to Learn How to Play My Guitar, not Finish The Course, there is a Difference. Good Luck to ALL.
