  1. Those of you that know me, know that I am a PRS Guitars supporter. (Or you can look in my sig) And Santana is in large part why I fell in love with guitar music. But this isn't about that. Carlos makes one complimentary comment about PRS guitars. Maybe Warren Haynes says something nice about PRS amps. There is no selling of equipment in this video. Nor is there any technique lesson here. This is, from the description, " A philosophical conversation about tone and the quest to find your own voice featuring Carlos Santana, Warren Haynes, Derek Trucks and Paul Reed Smith. " Warren said something to the effect, "It's about the singers and getting your instrument sound like a singer." One of them said, "If it doesn't give you goosebumps how can you expect it to give the audience goosebumps?". It was 3 of the greatest living guitarists talking casually and candidly about what they strive for when performing or playing. I found it very interesting. I hope you enjoy it.
  2. I am trying to find the sheet music or tabs for "I Love You Too Much" by Santana. And I am not having much luck. What is everyone's "go to" source for tabs or sheet music? I did find one guy trying to provide a lesson to it on YouTube and it was difficult to follow. I did buy Steve's offering of a Best of Carlos Santana book a while back and it has a bunch of songs I want to learn ultimately but no ""I Love You Too Much". I'm not opposed to buying a Hal Leonard book but searched his site with no luck. Anyone seen a sheet music site that has it? Any ideas where else to look? Any suggestions appreciated. edited: I did not get that book from Steve. I was probably thinking about the ZZ Top books or Joe Bonamassa books. Santa brought me the Santana songbook.
  3. I know there are Santana fans on here besides me. Here is an opportunity to purchase one of his guitars.? Not one of his signature PRS ones but actually one that he has played on stage. Carlos Santana Guitar Auction. The auction starts Saturday.
  4. I can't imagine them on the same bill! Not to mention Steve Winwood AND Gary Clarke, Jr. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
