I began my journey with the guitar at age 16.  My Dad bought me a Silvertone guitar and I bought a Ernie Ball book of lessons.  I was blessed to have some great friends who were good players.  They made me better.  We played for a few years till we all married and moved away.  I played on and off playing rhythm and singing.  I always wanted to learn lead.  I got the Fender Stratocaster I had long wanted.  I found Learn and Master the guitar, and am slowly making progress.  I enjoyed the Guitar Gathering and I am grateful for Steve and all of you.  God bless
