I am a recently retired full-time professional guitarist and singer of 35+ years. I spent my last 13 years before retirement working as a solo singer/guitarist for 'Carnival Cruise Lines' entertainment department.  I pride myself in being versatile and as such I have many guitar influences. I enjoy playing Country, Rock, Blues and Jazz guitar and the fact that you can never stop learning. I am a major Fender guitar fan and in the past was a 'Fender Factory Authorized' guitar and amp tech. After decades of playing country and rock dance music for a living, now retired, my goal is to study more deeply the styles of Brent Mason and Johnny Hiland etc. I also want to become proficient in the Travis and Atkins style of thumb picking as well as playing Jazz chord melody standards.
