Gibson has released a previously unseen documentary filmed in 1967 called An Instrument of the People - a look at how guitars were crafted in Gibson's former factory in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Interesting video.    I've seen some recent virtual plant tour videos that Gibson published last year and it's interesting to see how much hasn't really changed in spite of new introductions of CNC equipment.
