It looks like a great plan.  If it were me I think that I would increase the amount of time on Lesson 4 a little bit since, presumably, that is your "core" lesson.  If you need to rob from some area then do that from Speed and Agility.  But that is such a trivial suggestion.

The important thing is that you have a plan.  So many people sit down to practice and a they do is jam or just putz around on a guitar.  I am certainly known to do such.  You have a plan that includes working on techniques to improve your playing.  And, almost as importantly, your plan includes at least one area to keep it fun.

I think this plan can do nothing but move you towards becoming an increasingly better player.

I'd say don't spend 20min on Speed/Agility and 15 on Session 4 lessons.

Increase Sessions 4 &4bonus time

[Edit: Neil below has a good point, if I had learned say 5-10 songs well , I could be playing them on weekends I'm away from home and with relatives that don't want to hear lesson plinking]

Very good: you have a plan. If it works for you, raises awareness, and leads to improvement, you're on your way. Here's some help with the fine points, from Gerald Klickstein. Carry on!

Looking back on my own learning path I'd say 1 thing you are planning that I should have done is spending enough time learning songs. This will make it more fun along the way and less like tasks to be completed.

Neil, I couldn't agree more. Personally, I pushed through till Session 8 when I decided to hit the pause button to learn how to play more songs. My ratio would have been 20% course and 80% songs. My love of playing guitar increased. As the song learning/play increased in difficulty, so did my willingness to refocus on the lessons to become a better player.

I do like the idea of an overall plan but I am not keen on assigning how many minutes I will spend on each aspect of the learning process. I just let it flow and improve.

I suppose it’s a good plan. Trying to look back—I’m 86—there were only three things I concentrated on: One was learning to play the notes so my eyes (vision), ears (hearing) and fingers (fretting and picking or strumming) were all co-ordinating with my mini-brain. The second was paying rapt attention to my fretting mechanics—wrist straight, elbow close to my side,  my thumb on the crown of the neck  opposite my second knuckle, my forefingers approaching the fret board at precisely the perpendicular, and fretting just behind the fret wire. The final thing was that damned metronome, which is a monster that plagues me in my sleep to this day. Keep playing. Lotsa luck.
