Took me a little while to get the chromatic scale, but I’m able to hit all the basic exercises at 192 BPM well.  Planning to start the intermediate tomorrow.  I figured if I could get to 192 bpm, starting intermediate would be like a warm up and I could work from there.  I’m a little intimidated by keeping time at the higher rates especially when I get to the 16th notes, but as I’ve learned with the chromatic scale, practice/repetition is key.

Good progress @Adam429  Speed is good, but clean, clear notes are really more important. Focus on that, and with repetition and practice the speed will come, and your playing will sound much better.  Keep it up... N

@NeilES335 thank you for the advice. I’ve been trying to play clean and won’t move up in bpm until I can play it without error consistently.  Moving to intermediate falls in line with 8th notes (session 3) in the main course, so I guess it’s good timing (bad pun, I know).
