Guitar Aerobics by Troy Nelson. On the cover it says  “for all levels beginner to advanced. If  you consider yourself a beginner you can jump right into week 1 and feel perfectly comfortable playing the material”. This author must come from the planet Krypton.A beginner that bought this book with his guitar would be really disappointed and probably  return the book with his/ her guitar to the store. On the other hand if you are a beginner using a guitar course or have a teacher you could eventually work this book into your lessons and probably enjoy it. It has 365 exercises and from what I see they are pretty good. But as a beginner you are not going to do one lesson  a day like the book says unless all you do is look and flip the pages.
