Has anyone bought a guitar from Sweetwater Music and then returned it just because you didn’t like it? Was it a hassle?

I also see where they charge $299 for a Plek setup.I know the machine costs $100000 dollars. PRS says  they use hand leveling on their American made guitars and kinda imply that’s all you need. What do you think?

Anyone been to their Indiana store? I didn’t know you could walk-in and shop. I thought it was just a warehouse. It appears to be quite the place to spend a day. Espresso bar  and restaurants inside.

@Triple-o I have not ordered a guitar from them.  But it just seems like one never hears anything but positive, very positive, comments about dealing with them.  I realize that isn't first hand experience you're entreating but it's all I have.  I have ordered from them but not a guitar.  So long ago I don't even remember what it was and I didn't return it.

Just about everything I’ve heard was positive. They offer free shipping but it seems like  if you return  a guitar  a $100 shipping fee is subtracted. There 55 point guitar inspection seems to mean checking serial numbers and making sure the  guitar has all its parts. I will be traveling to Denver in a few weeks hopefully one of the stores  there will have the PRS I am looking for  in stock.

I've bought two guitars from them, including a PRS CE24. Great experiences both times.
