  1. hello folks, something amazing happened to me today. I have practiced session 4 (except sharp and flats) over and over and part of my warming up is the octave exercise. In the beginning i had to say the notes in my head, ee-ff-gg-aa... and i could do this exercise at 50bpm but part of my mind slowed me down because of that counting in my head. Than the first part (ascending) went naturaly without saying the notes but the descending part still slowed me down because i had to say the notes. Now my fingers know where they have to go (ascending and descending) and i tried to do the exercise while watching tv and without saying the notes.I speed up the metronome and suddenly I can do the octave exercise alternating 3-4 times in a row without stopping or mistakes at 80bpm! This really is a proof what muscle memorie can do I am very happy with this and i gonna watch the session 4 dvd completely today so i can start with the sharp and flats. greetings from belgium
