  1. Here is me having a go at Simon and Garfunkel's Scarborough Fair on my Cordoba F7. This arrangement is by Muriel Anderson. I have been learning this on and off for months now, it is far from perfect. It has been a long and hard journey for me but I am really pleased to have got it this far. Do not adjust your sets folks, it is a rough recording in mono. I used one microphone into the Scarlet 2i2.

I would just like to say that Steve Krenz is amazing. L&MG has a high enough purchase price that many that are looking for free tuition won't part with that much money. But - and it is a big but - Steve is the teacher that goes on giving and giving and giving. Not only do we get the live lessons but we also get the forum and these PDFs, some helpfully going over again so that we can make sure we really have understood, others extending what we have learned, and all that is before we get to additional materials, courses and weekends with Steve and other L&MG students that can be bought. Steve, I am sure that I am only one of hundreds or thousands of L&MG owners that have come to appreciate just a fraction of your generosity and teaching. Thank you.

  2. I found this 2019 gem in my local music store. The 2020 is $100 more, and I got a sale price for Labor Day weekend. I traded in my Taylor GS Mini to help reduce the cost. I get Andy Powers design, and V-bracing. The GS Mini was a good little guitar, but the Grand Pacific is a much richer experience. Then of course there is the case, and what a case it is.

  5. I was trying to post a video, but ran into a problem. You might google "This mysterious Book improves your guitar phrasing" its a different approach.

  6. Taylor’s are great guitars. I have a nylon string model with a slightly wider neck than a typical acoustic. Very sweet sounding. I have played several Grand Pacifics at stores and loved every one of them. You will have hours of musical pleasure with this beauty. Excellent find! Greg

  7. It is awful quiet in here. I thought I would make some noise with my new Taylor Grand Pacific. Mistakes are free!

  8. @Popeye I agree the Grand Pacific is very snug in the case. It is rock solid and the floral pattern is rich with gold hardware. Unfortunately, the Grand Pacific will not see the case anytime soon. I get to play with it all Labor Day weekend, and I am off next week. If you hear a guitar ringing, it just might be me.
