I would just like to say that Steve Krenz is amazing. L&MG has a high enough purchase price that many that are looking for free tuition won't part with that much money. But - and it is a big but - Steve is the teacher that goes on giving and giving and giving. Not only do we get the live lessons but we also get the forum and these PDFs, some helpfully going over again so that we can make sure we really have understood, others extending what we have learned, and all that is before we get to additional materials, courses and weekends with Steve and other L&MG students that can be bought. Steve, I am sure that I am only one of hundreds or thousands of L&MG owners that have come to appreciate just a fraction of your generosity and teaching. Thank you.

  1. An interesting thing happened yesterday which highlighted the nature of the Spark App. People started to get error messages like the one below, this one was when someone was trying to use the Smart Jam. My own app wouldn't let me play videos. It turned out to in fact be that someone had let PG's certificate expire. So this means that if PG give up and pull their server we will all just be left with a nice amp. I asked this question of the other Spark Amp owners and they said yes. I still don't regret my purchase because there will always be something like the Tonebridge App and ChordU etc which will do some of the stuff that the Spark App does. It is all working again now, I found the smart jam great for practicing chord changes as you can slow it down and speed it up. I am having fun!

  2. “ We used to drive In a yellow camino listening to howling wolf, he liked to stop in Lake Charles”. I am here in the Southwest heat, but at least I am dry with a roof over my head. I should really stop complaining. My heart goes out to those in Lake Charles and all the folks that were in the path of “Laura”.

  3. Triple-o and Greg, so very true. It has been right at 100 and humid here the last several day. And, of course, I did profuse complaining. Thanks for reminding me how fortunate I am.
